In September of 2022, Bryan successfully sold 2744 Kingsbridge Terrace, a massive 5-story stucco tower overlooking the Harlem River. Famously featured in the 1979 film, The Wanderers; this castle is unique in every way and required a very specific buyer. After having just sold a Castle, Bryan and his team were up for the challenge. Again, this Castle caught the eye of New York Post as well as other publications, creating quite the buzz. A team effort, The Gold Team worked together to make sure every interested & qualified buyer had the chance to see the property.
