In April of 2022, Bryan Dale successfully sold 87 Alta Avenue, the 6000 sq ft historic mansion known as Overcliff for over $200,000 over its original asking price. This castle got quite the limelight. Upon first listing the property, Bryan & The Gold Team held a first open house generating over 96 guests, following a New York Post article featuring this historic home. As a one of a kind property, Bryan recorded a much needed film generating over 16,624 views on Youtube.

In September of 2022, Bryan successfully sold 2744 Kingsbridge Terrace, a massive 5-story stucco tower overlooking the Harlem River. Famously featured in the 1979 film, The Wanderers; this castle is unique in every way and required a very specific buyer. After having just sold a Castle, Bryan and his team were up for the challenge. Again, this Castle caught the eye of New York Post as well as other publications, creating quite the buzz. A team effort, The Gold Team worked together to make sure every interested & qualified buyer had the chance to see the property. As a home worth significantly more than any other in the vicinity, it was important that no lead fell through the cracks.
